The CEE Deals of the Year Awards, organized annually by CEE Legal Matters, recognize the transactions that drive economic growth across Central and Eastern Europe and the lawyers and law firms behind them.

Winners were selected through a two-stage evaluation process by distinguished Selection Committees composed of senior partners from leading law firms and prominent in-house counsel from across the region. The results were announced at the CEE Deals of the Year Awards Banquet, held on April 1, 2025, in Prague.
